About Nima Jouzi
I’ve always had an eye for design, but my journey into construction was anything but traditional. My parents were both civil engineers and planners, so I grew up surrounded by plans and blueprints—though I never imagined I’d one day work with them myself. My first passion was design and fashion, and construction wasn’t even on my radar.
Life, however, had other plans. Drawing from years of design experience, I quickly adapted when I entered the construction field. Earning my degree in Construction Technology from San Jose State University and working hands-on in the industry allowed me to blend technical knowledge with a creative vision. That combination became the foundation for launching a high-level construction company.

I take pride in my ability to notice details others might overlook, and my passion for design and architecture has helped elevate our work to the next level. With a strong, talented team by my side—designers, engineers, project managers, and skilled trades—we handle everything from the earliest design concepts to city permits and inspections, all the way through final finishes.
